Braised fresh “Huai Shan” with tomato fish soup
Ingredients: Tomatoes,fresh water fish,“Huai Shan” Chinese herbs,bean curd ,ginger,straw mushroom fresh,water,salt,sugar
Method:
To prepare fish soup, clean fish, fry in hot wok until fragrant,
then add in water and 30 g ginger (cut the remaining ginger into
julienne), boil for half an hour, remove from heat and strain, set
aside.
Peel and clean fresh “huai shan”, slice thick and then
blanch.
Peel tomatoes, cut flesh into thick strips, cut straw mushroom in
slice.
Stir-fry ginger julienne with high heat, add in tomatoes, mushroom,
fish soup, fresh “huai shan” and simmer, adjust seasoning, ready to
serve.

Ingredients: Rice,shrimp,scallops,buckwheat,oat,corn,black rice,brown rice,eggs.
Method:
Separate steamed all kinds of coarse food grain (stand by).
Cut shrimp and scallop to diced, Put in the boiled water (stand
by).
