Braised fresh “Huai Shan” with tomato fish soup

Ingredients: Tomatoes,fresh water fish,“Huai Shan” Chinese herbs,bean curd ,ginger,straw mushroom fresh,water,salt,sugar

Method:
To prepare fish soup, clean fish, fry in hot wok until fragrant, then add in water and 30 g ginger (cut the remaining ginger into julienne), boil for half an hour, remove from heat and strain, set aside.
Peel and clean fresh “huai shan”, slice thick and then blanch.
Peel tomatoes, cut flesh into thick strips, cut straw mushroom in slice.
Stir-fry ginger julienne with high heat, add in tomatoes, mushroom, fish soup, fresh “huai shan” and simmer, adjust seasoning, ready to serve.

Quesadilla

Ingredients: Mushroom,onion,garlic,chipotle chile,sugar,flour tortilla,Jack cheese

Method:
1.  Slice mushrooms,chop garlic.
2.  Sautee the mushrooms until crispy.Add chipotle chili juice and cook.
3.  Warm up flour tortilla and remove,grate cheese.
4.  Add cheese to half flour tortilla.
5.  Add the mushrooms and add more cheese.Fold tortilla and cook for bouth sides.

Fried Organic Rice with Seafood

Ingredients: Rice,shrimp,scallops,buckwheat,oat,corn,black rice,brown rice,eggs.

Method:
Separate steamed all kinds of coarse food grain (stand by).
Cut shrimp and scallop to diced, Put in the boiled water (stand by).
Use Wok Scrambled eggs to medium rare, add put in the coarse food grain.
Add put the seafood in to the scramble eggs and coarse food grain.

新茄鱼汤浸鲜淮山

食材:西红柿,鲗鱼,新鲜淮山,豆腐,姜肉,新鲜草菇,清水,盐,糖

制作方法:
鱼汤制作,鲗鱼刮洗干净,下油锅煎香后加入清水及姜30克(剩下20克切幼丝),大

火煮半小时左右收火,隔起渣,备用。
2.  鲜淮山去皮洗净切厚片,先出水。
3.  西红柿去皮,把果肉切粗条,草菇切片。
4.  姜丝下锅略爆香,加入番茄条,草菇片,鱼汤及淮山同煮,加盐和糖调味即可。

墨西哥饼

食材:蘑菇,洋葱,蒜头,墨西哥辣椒,糖,墨西哥面饼,杰克芝士

制作方法:
1.  蘑菇切片,蒜头切末。
2.  将蘑菇炒成金黄色,至脆片。将墨西哥辣椒汁加入蘑菇继续慢煮。
3.  将墨西哥面饼加热,芝士刨成丝
4.  将芝士放在一半的墨西哥面饼上面。
5.  将煮好的蘑菇放在芝士上面,然后在蘑菇上面再放一层芝士。将加好陷的面饼对折,然

后放在扒炉上面,将两面扒上色。

海鲜粗粮炒饭

食材:大米,虾仁,元贝肉,荞麦,燕麦,鲜玉米粒,黑米,粗粮,鸡蛋

制作方法:
先将各种粗粮用水蒸熟待用。
虾仁、元贝肉切粒飞水。
先下鸡蛋在锅里炒至五成熟, 再下粗粮炒至干身。
后放下海鲜粒炒香即可。
