Barley Risotto with Hairy Crab
Ingredients: Steamed Barley, Clove Garlic, Chopped Onion, Cherry Tomato, Fresh Spinach, White Wine, Chicken Stock, Hairy Crab Meat, Butter, Parmesan Cheese, Salt, Pepper, Olive Oil
Method:
1. Saute the barley with olive oil, garlic, onion, deglazes with white wine, and fills up with stock.
2. Simmer until the barley is soft. Sautee tomatoes, and spinach, add the crab meat combined with the risotto in last minute, put butter and parmesan to smoothen the dish. Garnish with fresh basil.

大闸蟹炖菠菜饭
用料:蒸好大麦、大蒜瓣、葱、圣女果、新鲜菠菜、白葡萄酒、鸡汤、蟹肉、黄油、帕马森芝士、盐、辣椒、橄榄油
制作方法:
1. 将大麦,橄榄油,大蒜,葱一起翻炒,淋上白葡萄酒及鸡汤。
2. 炖至大麦变软,将圣女果,菠菜及蟹肉一起翻炒,最后加入大麦,黄油和芝士,罗勒叶装饰即可。
