Following the government’s promulgation of economic stimulus package, the business community across the board has gradually regained its confidence towards the momentum of the Chinese market. Beijing Marriott Hotel Northeast, operated by Marriott International under a management contract with HNA Hotels & Resorts Group Company Ltd., celebrated its grand opening. Its management noted that they are highly positive for the outlook of the business and leisure travel market of China.

Located in Xiao Yun Road of Chao Yang District which is arguably the CBD of Beijing, Beijing Marriott Hotel Northeast is adjacent to the embassy district with convenient transportation access.

The 28-storey hotel comprises 321 guestrooms including Deluxe Rooms, Executive Suites, Deluxe Suite and Presidential Suite. The guestrooms have a full array of amenities ranging from full stocked mini bar, luxurious bedding with fluffy pillows, thick mattresses, cotton-rich linen, electronic safe, 42-inch LCD TV, satellite/cable TV channels and radio, iPod docking station, bathroom with separate rainforest shower stall, electrical adapter, individual temperature control, three telephone (one wireless), broadband Internet access, ergonomic work area, iron and iron board, tea and coffee making facilities, air conditioning and alarm clock.

Recreational amenities include a spacious fitness center equipped with high-tech work-out equipment, an indoor swimming pool and Marriott’s award-winning “Quan” spa center that has 10 treatment rooms. Other facilities include 24-hour room service, laundry, business center, gift shop and personal butler service.

Beijing Marriott Hotel Northeast offers a total banquet and conference space of over 1,600 square meters. These include a Grand Ballroom of 840 square meters which can be divided into three smaller rooms with a maximum ceiling height of 5.7 meters. There are also six meeting rooms ranging from 50 to 100 square meters to suit various meeting needs.

From cocktails to fine dining, the six restaurants of Beijing Marriott Hotel Northeast offer the perfect venue for every occasion. The Lounge provides intimate areas for social and business gatherings while Beijing Bistro has seating for 166 diners and features an international grand buffet. Choy’s Seafood is a trend-setting Seafood restaurant, specializing primarily in Cantonese and Sichuan cuisine and offering six themed private rooms. Tamarind is an authentic Indian restaurant offering a culinary journey through the entire span of India. For sandwiches and salads, Java+ is open throughout the day. Located in the 25th floor, the Executive Lounge is exclusively for guests staying at Execute Floor. It provides breakfast buffet, high tea and happy hours.
