北京金融街丽思卡尔顿酒店第二届国际美食节隆重揭幕。夺目的巨型鸟笼悬挂于喷泉之上融合现代小提琴手的惊艳出场,美食节在酒店中庭拉开序幕。云集近千名宾客,享用各种名贵香槟、葡萄酒、咖啡、巧克力以及来自世界各地23余种美食。酒店还为宾客们提供特制地图引导您尝味每一道“风景”,并安排专业的咖啡师现场展示神奇而绚丽的拿铁拉花艺术。
美食界三位殿堂级客座厨师,分别来自德国的米其林一星厨师Volker
Drkosch先生、米兰米其林二星厨师Claudio Sadler以及久负盛名的Jean
Georges上海餐厅主厨兼合伙人—— Eric M.
Johnson先生,热情演绎米其林星级盛宴。
The Ritz-Carlton Beijing,
Financial Street presented its second “Culinary Coin Festival,” a
star-studded event. This stellar event promised food and wine
connoisseurs unparalleled indulgence. The resident culinary team
and a stellar cast of world renowned celebrity chefs and wine
makers was at the forefront to present memorable meals and wine
tasting.With vibrating strings filling the air with rich violin
harmonics, the one-day festival began with an opening cocktail
reception at the hotel’s porte-cochère. Food gourmands can look
forward to an afternoon of renowned champagne and wines, coffee and
chocolate presentations as well as over 23 delicacies from all
around the world.
Three exclusively invited
personalities namely 1-Michelin Star Chef Volker Drkosch from
Germany; 2-Michelin Star Chef Claudio Sadler from Milan and Eric M.
Johnson, chef partner of the famous Jean George in Shanghai each
presented themed gourmet dinners paired with wines of exquisite
vintages.
