上海万豪虹桥大酒店健康中心经理代会新及其团队一直努力地把健康中心营造成为一个温馨舒适，浓厚家庭氛围的运动健康会所。有着14年健康中心管理经验的他深知客人的需要，因此为客人创造一个完美的健身和休闲环境是首要任务。
所有的健康中心客人都非常享受这里多样的课程和各种活动。除了常规的瑜伽课、有氧操课、太极拳课以外，今年还新开设了普拉提课和拉丁有氧课。喜欢网球的客人可以选择请一位专业教练，或者参加“社交网球”活动。健康中心还聘请了4位游泳教练以方便成人、儿童学习游泳的需求。
健康中心的健身活动也是多种多样的，现在正在进行的“迎奥运2008上海—北京800公里自行车和跑步机挑战赛”吸引了超过40名会员和住客的热情参与。儿童们到健康中心来不仅仅能参加儿童游泳课、网球课，每年还专门为他们组织的“儿童游泳节”，“儿童网球日”。今年5月底健康中心还将邀请所有会员参加年度烧烤聚会。
总之，无论是会员还是住客，在万豪虹桥大酒店健康中心都能感觉到健康的氛围和喜欢的运动。
Dick Dai, the Health Club
Manager of Shanghai Marriott Hotel Hongqiao, has 14 years managing
experience in health and fitness field, so he knows how to meet the
needs of guests. He and his team are doing effort to create a
professional and comfortable environment for all
users.
All users enjoyed vary classes
and activities very much. Not only Yoga class, Aerobics class and
Chinese Taiji class, but recently two new classes which are Pilates
class and Latin-Aerobics class started. Tennis coach, fitness
trainer and 4 swimming coaches are available upon guest’s
requirement. Also regularly Social Tennis activity makes more
tennis fun for participants.
During March to May this year,
the competition of “Let’s go to Beijing for Olympics
Shanghai—Beijing 800km Bike and Treadmill Challenge” hold by
health club, more 40 participants join the activity, the top three
male and female winners will get medals and prizes. Kids in the
club not only enjoy tennis lessons and swimming lessons, but there
is special “Kids tennis day” and “Kids swimming gala” for them
every year. All members will be invited to enjoy the “member’s
BBQ” in May this year.
Anyway, all hotel guests and
members will easy to find they favorite sports and feel the tuneful
atmosphere in Health Club of Shanghai Marriott Hotel
Hongqiao.
