When you treat yourself or are
treated to steak and wine at the Shanghai Marriott Hotel
Hongqiao, does it occur to you that the succulent delight could
be the work of a celebrity? Following in the footsteps of Agnes
Ventura Roscigno, wife of the Italian Consul General in Shanghai
who made a gastronomic expedition with Homemade Parpadelle Pasta
with Meat Ragu at the back of Marriott Cafe in March, Paolo
Gasparrini turned up at Manhattan Steakhouse to prepare a toothsome
Italian steak dish. The President of L’OREAL China proved very
professional.
