人生本来就短，而从业期又更短。于是，所有工作的时间都变得很重要，都是那短暂瞬间的部分！马达十年，是那些在马达从业的各色各样的瞬间的叠加，所以，请大家把这些瞬间描述一下，加起来算马达对大家有个交待，或大家对马达有个交待。我常说：“在马达一天，应该当一年里的一天，一年是十年里的一年”，意思当然不是说可把今天的事留给明天的意思，而是说从长计议，把瞬间的意义放到最大！大家常说在马达累！可累是积累，你判断一下你累到何度！

有三个问题，大家不妨回答一下：

1.你做过的一个已经盖起来的房子和你做过的一个没有盖起来的房子，对这两个项目进行简单阐述和这两个项目造成不同结果的原因。

2.你在马达工作时参与过的最喜欢的一个项目和最讨厌的一个项目。

3.你离开马达的原因是什么？

Life is short, and working life is even shorter. So all the time spent for work is important for every single minute is a part of the transient moment. 10 years at Mada is the sum of such short but colorful moments adding to each other. I suggest you recollect and describe to us these moments belonging to you as a reward from Mada, or something given back to Mada like a final report. I often say, “Any one day in Mada is every single day of the 365 days, and any one year here is every single year of 10 years.” It never meant to indicate that you can always wait for tomorrow to finish today’s task. We should think long-term and then ultimate the output of each moment. You always claim that you are tired working in Mada. I would say hardship helps you accumulate. Think about your potential to take more!
