土豆是我的醉爱，永远都吃不够，但人们却很少注意到它花开的芳菲。

那个夏天，当我们驱车行走在家乡辽阔的沃野上，被金黄的油菜花打动我的同时，与油菜花相邻的那大片片的白的、紫的土豆花引起了我的强烈兴致，不由得地停下车来扑向这不起眼的土得掉渣的土豆花海。

这个季节，正是家乡土豆花开的时节。土豆花小小的的，淡淡的，没有惹人的色彩和姿态，只有成片成为花海时，它的美才会绽放出一种别样的魅力。

有一种别样的花海，是呼伦贝尔的土豆花开。

土豆花或白或紫，没有优雅的姿态，更没有油菜花那夺眼的艳丽，只是那么萄伏在地上淡淡地开着，甚至很容易让人忽视了它还是一种花。

记得小时候家家都烀土豆，经常是一揭锅那土豆会裂开花的，捣碎了拌点酱和葱好吃极了。

现在很少这吃土豆泥饭了，改成高雅吃法就是吃饭包，记得家乡有个叫“乡下人”的饭店做的土豆泥很像一个蛋糕，里面一层土豆泥，加一层葱花，加一层鸡蛋酱，再加一层蔬菜，既好看又好吃，每次都会吃得直喊撑得慌。

这些土豆花摄于我的家乡牙克石的周边地带，可能是土壤和气候的原因吧，牙克石的土豆淀粉含量非常高，土豆的口感也特别好，真是又甜又面又起沙。
