帮土耳其的美女教授组委推广一下，截止日期为5月15日，会议论文集将由Springer出版社出版：
Ms Irina Bokova, General Director
of UNESCO, granted the UNESCO patronage to ECIL. We are now
authorized to use UNESCO's name and logo. Furthermore, Dr. Indrajit
Banerjee, Director of the Knowledge Societies Division accepted to
deliver a keynote speech at the Conference. Ms. Irmgarda
Kasinskaite-Buddeberg, of the same division, will represent UNESCO
at the Standing Committee.
Well-known IL experts, namely
Carla Basili, Dr. Albert Boekhorst, Dr. John Crawford, Dr. Sirje
Virkus, and Dr. Natalia Gendina, will deliver
invited speeches
1st February is the deadline for
abstract submission. Full-texts for accepted abstracts will be
submitted by 15th of May and will go through a second review to be
published in the Proceedings Book. Conference Proceedings Book will
be published by Springer under its CCIS series which is indexed by
ISI Proceedings, Scopus and other Indexes.

call for papers for details. We will appreciate very much if you
can distribute this last call.
