东北有道比较普遍的家常菜叫“乱炖”，是将猪肉,豆角,土豆,茄子,西红柿,青椒等近10种食物依次入锅，先炒后炖的菜品。乱炖的精妙之处在于适应性强。不仅营养均衡，而且老少咸宜，众口皆调。

     今天，我也仿照乱炖，不按照时间地点内容等等分类，什么风光人物纪实夜景民俗统统不管，而是将我在2015年拍摄的各种照片混合在一起，“乱炖”一下沈阳。
