今時今日，上班族留在辦公室的時間，可能比在家的時間還要長，辦公空間已經成為人們活動空間中重要的組成部分，特別是在節奏急促、高效率的現代社會，辦公空間環境的好壞直接影響到人們的工作情緒和品質。理想的工作環境，應該是人性化的，除了具備功能整全的工作區域，如果能空出地方給辦公人員休息和活動，不但能舒緩他們沉重的工作壓力，亦可正面地提升他們的工作效率。這些貼心的考慮，同樣也能加強辦公人員對公司的歸屬感和投入度。

    為了提升工作空間的品質，應該改變辦公環境一直以來給人們的單調、沉悶的印象，在保證實用的基礎上，注入時尚、休閒的元素，打造一個既美觀又人性化的工作環境。企業以人為本，設計亦以人為本，作為一間公司最主要及最大的組成部分，員工是一個企業營運的核心動力，所以應為員工打造最舒適的工作空間，就好像黃志達設計有限公司在香港和深圳的辦公室，以時尚簡約的風格設計，為空間注入現代個性之餘，亦不忘加入一些悠閒與富生命力的元素，例如開放式的玻璃設計，讓室內空間得以流動，讓置身其中的員工擁有舒適自在的工作空間；此外，在不同角落加入常綠植物擺設，處處洋溢著生命氣息，打破了工作空間的單調沉悶，為員工締造充滿人性化的工作環境。

    除了辦公室之外，我們亦曾參與私人博物館和陳列室等商業空間的設計，有別於辦公室的時尚中帶悠閒的設計模式，後者除了展現出空間的氣派之餘，更在細節裏展現富有藝術感的人文氣息。以加拿大譽升紅酒莊及深圳Golf Classic為例，從細節裏那些精緻優雅的設計，不但為空間打造出典雅的氛圍，美麗的精巧的設計，洋溢者一股讓人神往的藝術氛圍與一份盛載著歷史的人文氣息。

    生活離不開工作，工作是生活的一部分，商業空間理應展現「人」的一面，不論是辦公室的悠閒，還是博物館和陳列室的藝術感，均在不同角度展現人性化的面貌，讓商業空間不再是單調無趣，反而因為人性化元素的融入，變得更豐富，更有生命力。

A Humanistic Commercial Area

Nowadays, nine-to-fivers may spend longer time at office than at home. Becoming an important component of our living space, workplace’s quality has a direct influence in emotion and work quality, especially in the fast-paced and highly efficient modern society. An ideal work environment should be humanistic, not only should it facilitate work in all aspects, but also spare some space for relaxation and leisure, so that the work stress can be alleviated while the work efficiency can be raised. These concerns can increase the sense of belonging and job engagement level of workers, too.

To improve the quality of a workplace, there should be a change of the dull and boring impression of office, creating a good-looking and humanistic work environment under the principle of being practical, with chic and leisure elements added in. Corporate is human-oriented and so as design. As the major and greatest component of a company, employees are the core driving force of the company operation, who deserve the most comfortable working environment, just like Ricky Wong Designers’ offices in Hong Kong and Shenzhen, which are designed in a simple trendy style with modern character and elements of leisure and vitality. Our designers make use of glass to create fluidness of the interior area so that the staff can enjoy a comfortable workspace; evergreen plants are placed in different corners to bring a breath of life and make a breakthrough of the familiarity and dryness of office, actualizing a humanistic work environment.

Apart from designing offices, we have engaged in the design of commercial space such as private museums and display rooms. The design mode of the latter is different from the former which is designed in the mode of simple trendy: the latter one presents the grandeur of the space while portraying humanity through artistic details. Taking the vineyard of Glory Rise Enterprise (Canada) and Golf Classic (private golf collection museum) in Shenzhen as examples, the design with delicacy and elegance creates a graceful, enchanting atmosphere with a humanistic touch of art and history.

Life cannot be separated from work because work is a part of life. Commercial area should show humanness no matter it is an office, a museum or a display room – with a blend of humanistic elements of leisure or art, design can break the monotony of commercial area and bring it to life.
