Last evening, I went to another lecture by a woman professor of
America, focusing on Spartan girls which I'm interested.
What I know about Spartans is
when a Spartan boy was born, he would be deserted in the forest
hanging upside down at his ankles on a branch. After a while,
people would return to fetch him if he was still alive. All the
survival boys must be the strongest and best.
So here
females are concerned.Even I can not understand quite well, but I
know sth about Spartan girls training or education. Spartans
worshiped power and strength. So even girls were trained
physically, but to my surprise, naked. And also they competed naked
in front of young men, we just can't imagine. The reason why they
were trained was that the training could make them stronger enough
to give birth to a same strong and healthy baby. So
interesting.
