2017年7月9日星期天，我们开车离家10多分钟，来到剑桥帝国战争博物馆(Imperial War Museum Duxford)，共享英国及欧洲著名的顶级户外盛事：杜克斯福德年度飞行传奇航展------Duxford Flying Legends Air Show 2017。

       而对于当地居民和像我这样的普通看客而言，杜克斯福德年度飞行传奇航展现场宛如航空界的嘉年华，令人兴奋。

       杜克斯福德年度飞行传奇航展上，有人销售 Made in China 的各种飞机模型，特别吸引孩童们。

       在杜克斯福德年度飞行传奇航展中，我不仅适时体会了英国航空展的热闹气氛，还尝试了英国黑暗料理----哈吉斯(Haggis)唷！

       这是由诺曼·福斯特设计的美国空军博物馆(American Air Museum)，看点丰富。

       天色依然明亮之时我们吃晚餐，地点在剑桥的中东咖啡厅：Abjad Hawaz restaurant in Cambridge，这家居然号称自己是剑桥最好的中东餐厅，鲜榨橙汁真心不错。

       返家途中，日落美好，心情美好。

       不久当我返回美国，很快赶上了影院上映最新电影：《敦刻尔克》(Dunkirk)，这是2017年英国、法国、美国和荷兰合拍的大片，为了纪念二次世界大战终战60周年之作。

       《敦刻尔克》(Dunkirk)描述的故事是：

       1940年5月25日至6月4日期间，在德国机械化部队的攻势下，节节败退的英法联军不得不退到位于法国北部、靠近比利时边境的港口小城：敦刻尔克。

       危难时刻，这些来自英国、法国和比利时的军人，在英国海军、空军和民众自愿自发组织700艘次“无敌舰队”的帮助下，最终有超过33万8000个人回到了自己的国家……

       就在这部影片里，我不断看到英国皇家空军(RAF)飞机的精彩镜头，感到十分兴奋。

       这也是在2017年杜克斯福德年度飞行传奇航展----Flying Legends Air Show 现场，弥漫在英伦上空英国人无比的骄傲和闪光点。

       而在《敦刻尔克》片尾，男主角顺势读报丘吉尔的演说，也令人难忘：

    Even though large tracts of Europe and many old and famous states have fallen or may fall into the grip of the Gestapo and all the odious apparatus of Nazi rule, we shall not flag or fail. We shall go on to the end, we shall fight in France, we shall fight on the seas and oceans, we shall fight with growing confidence and growing strength in the air, we shall defend our island, whatever the cost may be, we shall fight on the beaches, we shall fight on the landing grounds, we shall fight in the fields and in the streets, we shall fight in the hills; we shall never surrender.
