通常你可以选择说:全熟(肉的温度约75度或以上) welldone (Hot,fully

、七分熟(肉的温度约65-75度) medium well (Hot,small
trace of pink in the center) 、五分熟(肉的温度约50-65度) medium (Warm,pink

亲爱的阿妮:如果问“你好吗”好像有些不对,因为每天看到你的动态知道阿妮是很好的,这几天作息习惯有所改观,早起早睡,清晨起来第一件事是打开你的博客,那时北京的室外天还没亮,打开台灯像在晚上一样,但你的“动态”和几乎每天都能看到的你的近照,总是随着窗外的晨曦慢慢亮起来,那种感觉特别好,如同心被照亮了一样……
这几天你的博客里说的最多的是圣诞将临、这类辞旧迎新的节日即给我们带来许多喜悦和希望,也让我们意识到又过了一年,和你充实的变化多端的旅行成果相比,我会问自己:这一年有什么收获呢?是呀,阿妮到美国一年啦,从去年离国,圣诞节也是过第二个了吧,那第三个会在哪里过呢?你知道吗,我会想我有没有可能在某一年的圣诞,伴着飞舞的雪花或是温柔的灯火亲手送上给阿妮的圣诞礼物呢?哈,“我有一个美丽的梦……”
近来我在北京休息快一个月了,感觉挺好的,心理身体都好好调整一下,过完春节就要开始忙了,至于女友,怎么说呢,唉,一言难尽啊,反正每天早晨看到你比看到可能的女友心里要灿烂多啦。所以,给远在大洋那一边的阿妮送上的圣诞礼物就是我的思念啦,还有一个长长的亲吻:祝福你圣诞快乐,旅途平安,身体康健,开心每一天。

I taught

hour seminars at Tongji Univ. for their International MBA students
and it was a hit. So I am creating a third avenue for my retirement

Shanghai's market
is going down
pretty fast. The Taxi driver told me that they don't have much
night business any more for most of the companies are cutting back
on the overtime. the Paradise Club next to my Apt. has gone--either
moved or closed. My friends
are cutting back the salaries for their employees etc. I wish they
could pull through the period like we would in
US.
I will be back home on the 22nd.
