Arrogance means using one’s strength to compare with other people’s weakness.

A strong man has his weak point and a weak man has his strong point. 

We should look at others with an indiscriminative mind as well as looking at ourselves with an indiscriminative mind. 

If we were really more excellent than other people on all aspects, 

then we need to shoulder on more responsibilities and help others on their personal development.
