 你如果没有真正把自己的内在的一些观念舍去，

舍自宗，内在的主张去掉，

就是内心自己对事物的认识的出发点、评判的标准，彻底完全放弃，

那么，要同佛法相应，是很难的，

要说很好地认识自己、了解自己是很难的。

you will find it difficult to learn yourself and act in accordance with Buddha's teaching.
