祈福，

心中没有是非，

口中没有抱怨，

宽容大度，

常怀感恩，

这就是有福。

反过来，

一个只知道埋怨外在，

刻薄而挑剔，

内心充满负面情绪的人，

无论如何也谈不上有福。

One who has no discriminative ideas or complaints but has much tolerance and gratitude is a person with blessing.

One the contrary, one who simply complains,

being fussy and picky and full of negative emotions,

is by no means a person with blessing.
