This presentation aims to address the key aspects of coverage related issues and the corresponding solutions that effectively help quick deployment and subscriber acquisition.

WiMAX has now reached a lot of benchmarks today while many commercial deployments are rolling out. However, the development of networks, applications and subscriber acquisition still need to be driven further. This presentation aims to reach a conclusion that WiMAX will eventually win a sizeable market in the following aspects: (1) the value and the target market of WiMAX --- only after the fixed wireless apps as the mainstream of WiMAX ripe can the entire industry and its mobile apps follow; (2) the advantages of different players in hand --- suggestions to different kinds of operators; (3) key issues of building a successful WiMAX network --- deployment strategies.
