芦笋杏仁孜然无水锅切碎美食 |

做法:芦笋8支,洗净,去老根,切段儿。锅热油,炒香蒜末,倒入芦笋,加盐,盖锅盖,中火稍微焖炒一下。焖芦笋的同时,取8粒熟杏仁切碎(我用的是昨天做的孜然辣味杏仁),等芦笋炒到软熟的时候,把切碎的杏仁放入,加孜然和辣椒粉,再一起炒匀即可。
注:我用的是无水锅,如果用普通锅的话,焖炒芦笋的时候,记得适当加一点水,以免糊锅。
