GEGRC sponsored and got good exposure in the
ASME/MSEC 2006 conference. Magdi Azer (Laser Processing Lab.) representing Ken Herd gave
the keynote lunch banquet speak on GRC and Innovation Strategies; Dr. Wenwu Zhang (Laser
Processing Lab.) received two awards in this conference. Wenwu Zhang and Magdi Azer
presented the paper “Intelligent Energy Field Manufacturing”;
