Macau GT Cup 2008

Dear Drivers                                                                                       25-April-2008

You are invited to participate in this special race event at the 55^th Macau Grand Prix 2008.

Kindly fill in the reply form and send back to the Club before 30-May 2008.

The Macau Grand Prix official entry form will be sent to you, and you will need to send back

before the deadline with full entry details as required.

This invitation is only exclusive to the series drivers of the Asia Supercar Challenge.

It is not transferable and the entry fees are non-refundable once your entry is accepted.

Acceptance and refusal of entries

Drivers will be invited only by SCCHK Motorsport Committee and subject to participation in the approved race events organised by SCCHK and its partners.

All entries received will be screened by the Motorsport Committee, and acceptance of entries is based on suitability of the race vehicle and the nominated driver.  The Motorsport Committee can refuse to accept an entry, or race vehicle, or race driver without assigning a reason and its decision will be final.

The Motorsport Committee can also refuse an entry after its acceptance, on grounds of safety or other appropriate reasons.
