卫生部新闻发布会印象

《财经》记者的提问与今天的主题无关——禽流感和哈尔滨天价医疗费。毛群安对这两个问题的回答很快变成了新华社和中新社的两条消息，并且被新浪放在了醒目位置。
提问记者不像是事先安排好的，而是由毛群安随机抽点。从全科医生到禽流感，记者们抛出了各种各样的问题，做新闻发言人也真不容易。
在发布会现场还碰到了北大新闻学院程曼丽教授带的博士生陈小申。他在卫生部新闻办实习，正在做健康传播方面的课题。单从这一点看，就觉得卫生部的新闻工作比以前开放多了，值得其它部门（比如农业部）学习呢。

新闻人物：中国卫生部长高强 在控制了SARS爆发近3年后，中国再次成为全球监控新传染病努力的中心。2003年帮助恢复国家信誉上起了作用的人物之一，现在是及时了解禽流感疫情所依靠的对象。卫生部长高强将需要尽他最大的努力来说服国际社会：中国在准确地报告人类禽流感病例。高是一位经济学家，曾多年在中国财政部工作。在卫生部上层由于对SARS危机处理不当而被免职后，高被任命为卫生部常务副部长，并于去年春上任部长。 2006 People To Watch: Crisis Manager Nearly three years after the SARS outbreak, China is once again at the center of global efforts to monitor an emerging disease.
