小时候，我特别着迷于《一千零一夜》中辛伯达7次航海的故事。每次出海，他都会在历经千难万险之后，满载着财富归来。按常理说，他每次收获的财富都足够他享用一辈子，但他为什么还要一次次出征呢？我想，在辛伯达终于年迈收山的时候，如果有人问他7次历险得到的最珍贵的财宝是什么，他肯定会回答：“一颗心”。人生的莫大喜悦，难道不是拥有一颗包容大千世界的心么？难道它不值得我们历尽艰险去获得么？

“求索感悟”是我在这些年中陆续写下来的。这里的文字往往闪现于某些非常的时刻，又在之后的岁月中沉淀下来，成为我的“航海日志”，我内心的珍藏。

1)       假如明天早晨醒来，突然发现我失去了一切，变得一无所有，但我坚信用我的智慧和双手一定能创造一切。

If I wake up tomorrow morning to find that I have lost everything, I will have the utmost confidence that I will be able to re-create everything, relying just on my wisdom and my two hands.

2)       放下架子，永远虚心地向周围的人学习，得到实惠的是你自己。

Discard all conceit, and always be prepared to learn humbly from the people around you — you will be the one to benefit!

3)       要学会放弃，要知道放弃的背后意味着什么。每一次放弃，一定是进一步地超越自我。

Learn to let go. Learn the meaning of letting go. Each time you let go, you are sure to come closer to self-fulfilment.

4)       不要指望人生道路或事业的选择能一锤定音。也许你第一次选择时以为是那样，而选择后你发觉并非那样，这时你得果断地进行再次选择。“选择”本身不是惟一，目标才是惟一的。

Don't expect the choices you make in your career or profession to be exactly right the first time. You might think you've made the right choice the first time, but later find out that it isn't so. In that case, you must revise your choice without hesitation. There can be more than one“choice”, but only one goal!

5)       与其固守包围圈内被世俗与庸碌舒服地蚕食，不如奋力一 搏突围而出，去更新人生价值、提升事业品位。

Rather than comfortably nibbled away by conventions and commonplaces in a familiar environment, it is far better to struggle to break out of it, bring new value to your life, and raise your professional standing.

6)       人生的道路是无限的，成功的定义是无限的，每个人的潜能也是无限的，只要我们相信自己，坚持自己，不断地创造和寻找机会，极限将被突破，卓越就在眼前，人生终将辉煌。

The road of life is endless. The definition of ambition is boundless. Each individual's potential is limitless. So long as we believe in ourselves, make ourselves firm, are continuously creative and are constantly on the lookout for opportunities, limits will be broken through, remarkable achievements will be made and life will become splendid.

7)       我们每个人都有缺点和优点，我们千万不能用放大镜看别的缺点，而应该拿放大镜看别人的优点。

Each one of us has merits and demerits. We should never use a magnifying glass to look at other people's faults; instead we should use a magnifying glass to view their strong points.

8)       凭真诚与勤奋赢得尊重,用激情与理性打造未来

Rely on sincerity and diligence to win respect.Use passion and rationality to forge the future.

9)       开放的心态，快乐的心情，进取的精神，丰富的收获。

An open mind, a cheerful disposition, an enterprising spirit and a bountiful harvest.

10)    选定方向，永不回头。

Choose your goal and never turn back.
