一年一度的Sally Can’t Dance——第二届中国先锋音乐节由D22酒吧和兵马司（Maybe Mars）厂牌主办，每年3月举行，代表中国先锋音乐的最高水准以及最新实验探索方向，并为各个先锋实验厂牌、乐手和乐迷提供交流平台。
The Second Sally Can’t Dance China Avant-Garde Music Festival is hosted by D22 and the Maybe Mars label. Every March, this annual festival represents the top Chinese avant-garde music and the latest directions in experimental exploration, and also provides a communication platform for various experimental labels, musicians and their audiences.
 
  
此次音乐节强调自由合作——不少乐队、组合是首度亮相，每天在所有演出结束表演之后还将设有即兴合作环节，由乐手们现场自由组合。
Since this year’s festival focuses on free collaboration, many bands will be combined for the first time. Everyday after formal performances, there will be improvisation session for artists’ free combinations.
 
此次演出长度拉长，提前至下午便开始，18：30至19：30有一个小时休息时间。
Compared to last year, this festival starts earlier in the afternoon and goes later. From 18:30 to 19:30 is break time.
