〖記事〗今日，疑惑。

〖讀書〗讀《法國大革命底文化起源》。又，讀《次經》。又，讀《方濟各傳》。

〖探究〗

一、（補在名詞性從句後）縮合連接代詞，主要由先行詞與關係代詞縮合而成，多以引導名詞性從句。如：what「夫…(所…)者」=that which、who「夫…(所…)者」=anyone or the person who、that「夫/即…(所…)者」=he or the man who、whatever「任何…(所…)者」=anything that、whoever「任誰…(所…)者」=any person who、whichever「任一…(所…)者」=anyone who or which等。其帶-ever者往往含any「任」義，語氣較強。外此，尚有縮合連接副詞，亦用於名詞性從句，如：when 「該時…者」=the time when、where「該處…者」=the place where、why「該故…者」=the reason why。譯例：

What I want is water.「(夫)我(所)欲(者)是水。」

I eat what I like.「我吃(夫)我(所)愛(者)。」

That is what I have to say.「斯為(夫)我(所)不得不說(者)。」

I gave him what help I could.「余畀渠(夫)(任何)幫助我所能(者)。」（此what=any）

Who breaks pays.「(夫)施損害(者)賠償。」

Tom may marry who/whom he likes.「湯姆可與(夫)渠(所)愛(者)結婚。」

You are not who I thought you were.「汝非(夫)余(所)想象汝曾是(者)。」

Handsome is that handsome does.「漂亮是(夫)漂亮的做事(者)。」

It was you that said so.「斯是汝(即)言如許(者)。」

You can take which you like.「汝可取(夫)汝(所)喜愛(者)。」

I'll do whatever I can do.「余將行(任何)余能行(者)。」

Whoever is top form wins the game when two matched players meet.「當兩匹敵者相遇，(任誰)為狀態良好(者)率能取勝。」

You can take whichever you like.「汝可取(任一)汝(所)喜愛(者)。」

This is where I was born.「此是(該處)余出生(者)。」

That's why she didn't want to come.「彼是(該故)伊不願來(者)。」
