2013年:开启正能量之旅

Stay Positive. You can listen to the cynics and doubters and
believe that success is impossible or you can trust that with faith
and an optimistic attitude all things are possible.
积极正面思考,你可以听愤世嫉俗者和怀疑者,然后相信成功是不可能的。或者你可以用信心和乐观的态度相信一切皆有可能。

Take a morning walk of gratitude. I call it a “Thank You
Walk.” It will create a fertile mind ready for success.
每天早晨进行感恩的走路,我称它为“感谢你之旅”。 它将创建一个为成功孕育好的头脑。

Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like
a college kid with a maxed out charge card.
吃早饭像是一个国王,吃午饭像是一个王子,吃晚饭像是一个已经花光了所有的赊账卡的大学生。

Zoom Focus. Each day when you wake up in the morning ask:
“What are the three most important things I need to do today that
will help me create the success I desire?” Then tune out all the
distractions and focus on these actions.
聚焦。每天早起后问:“什么是我今天需要做的三件最重要的能够帮助我建立我想要的成功的事情”。然后关掉所有的干扰并且专注在这些行动上。

Instead of being disappointed about where you are, think
optimistically about where you are going.
不去被你现在在哪里沮丧,去乐观地想你要去到哪里。

Remember that adversity is not a dead-end but a detour to a
better outcome.
记着患难不是一个死胡同而是一个通向更好成果的转折点。

Don’t chase success. Instead decide to make a difference and
success will find you.
不要追求成功,决定你将如何与众不同然后成功就会找到你。

Get more sleep. You can’t replace sleep with a double
latte.
睡更多的觉。你不能用双倍的拿铁换取睡眠。

Don’t waste your precious energy on gossip, energy vampires,
issues of the past, negative thoughts or things you cannot control.
Instead invest your energy in the positive present moment.
不要把你宝贵的精力放在传闲话,浪费能量的事,过去的事件,负面的思想或者你不能控制的事情。投资你的能量在正面的当下的时刻。

Mentor someone and be mentored by someone.
辅导别人并且被别人辅导。

Live with the 3 E’s. Energy, Enthusiasm, Empathy.
活在3个E 里,能量,激情,同理心。

Remember there’s no substitute for hard work
记着没有什么可以替代努力工作。

Believe that everything happens for a reason and expect good
things to come out of challenging experiences.
相信每件事情的发生一定有原因,期望好的事情会在挑战的经历中出现。

Implement the No Complaining Rule. Remember that complaining
is like vomiting. Afterwards you feel better but everyone around
you feels sick.
建立没有抱怨的法则。记着抱怨就像是呕吐。在这之后只有你感觉好些,你周围的人却不舒服。

Read more books than you did in 2012.
比2012年读更多的书。

Don’t seek happiness. Instead decide to live with passion and
purpose and happiness will find you.
不要追求幸福。相反,决定活出激情和目标,幸福就会来敲门。

Focus on “Get to” vs “Have to.” Each day focus on what you get
to do, not what you have to do. Life is a gift not an
obligation.
要把注意力放在“要去做”而不是“不得不”。每天把注意力放在你要去做的事,不是你不得不去做的事。生命就像是个礼物而不是责任。

Each night before you go to bed complete the following
statements: I am thankful for __________. Today I
accomplished____________.
每天晚上在你上床睡觉前完成下面的内容
我为___________________而感恩
今天我完成了__________________

Smile and laugh more. They are natural anti-depressants.
微笑和快乐多点,他们是自然的兴奋剂。

Enjoy the ride. You only have one ride through life so make
the most of it and enjoy it.
享受这段路程,在此生享受这段路程,全力以赴地享受生命并快乐着。
