Ladies and gentlemen:

   As the chairman of Vanke, when vanke became the largest real estate firm in China, I felt good.

   As a mountaineer , when I stood at the summit of Everest, I felt lucky.

    But today, when Vanke and I are rewarded this great honor, I’m so happy! Thanks I F P R A.

  “Built a boundless life” was our slogan, it means that Vanke’s products are not just something to be used or a house to live inside.

   Last month, we changed the slogan to “complimenting life with architecture”. With a new understanding and sincere respect of the fact that, we are living with the nature, the sky, the water, and the land.

   We say: “The bigger our ability, the greater our responsibility” and we do have the ability and responsibility to create the dream house for thousands of Chinese families.

   Right now, I would like to take this chance to thank the ninety thousand families who are our lifestyle customers, my colleagues who spared no efforts to build this visionary firm, our business partners who supported us firmly along the way to today, and our investors who trusted our capabilities .

   Someone says, the reason that I climb mountain, is because of mountain over there!

   Now, I want to say, the reason that we create houses, is because of our lives in there!
