城镇职业女性弱势地位与相关社会政策的思考

［摘要］城镇职业女性由于其生育功能，导致在就业与生活保障上处于不利地位。一个家庭中女性成员的不同经历显示出中国不同历史时期生育对女性就业与生活的影响。是否给予女性特殊保护，西方女权主义者对此存在着争议。中国目前已有的针对由于职业女性生育而产生的弱势处境予以补偿的政策存在许多不足，更理想的社会政策特别是社会保障政策的出台迫在眉睫，“性别就业调节费”与“自由产假制度”不失为具有可行性的设想。

Opinions on the Vulnerable Status of Urban Working Women and the Related Social Policies

［Abstract］

Urban Working Women found themselves in an vulnerable situation in employment and social security because of their reproductive obligation. There was a major argument among western feminists that whether a special protection should be arranged for women. In China, the present social compensation policy that aimed at changing the working women's vulnerable situation caused by reproductive activities still has many deficiencies. A new and more effective social policy, especially social security policy, is badly in need of. "Regulating fee for gender-related employment" and "self-determined maternity leave" could be doable proposes.
