      11月8日，兰州天气阴沉，雾霾比较重，我们一行三人从文化宫出发，骑行象狮山。沿兰阿公路前行10多公里，便来到了七道梁的交汇处，沿209国道直奔象狮山。这一路几乎都上坡，自行车骑行的速度很慢，好在这趟的行程单程也就30多公里。一路上，山间的梯田到处都可看见挖百合的村民，不时还可看到犁地的场景，天气已经有些冷了，但农民兄弟还在农田忙碌，可谓，粒粒皆辛苦！

    中午时分，我们到达象狮山景区，这里的小环境还不错，一个寂静的小山村，有一处农家乐，是一处休闲的好去处。下午，我们从海家岭返回兰州，回程只有几公里的上坡，一路下坡，真爽！回程历程24公里，当天骑行56公里。（前面的5张片子是我几年前拍的）
