Patient with abdominal wall pain and palpable nodule. Prior history of cesarean section. Contrast enhanced CT through the lower abdomen and pelvis in the axial, sagittal, and coronal plane demonstrates an enhancing soft tissue nodule in the lower abdominal wall along the scar from the prior surgery. Ultrasound guided biopsy was performed and demonstrated endometriosis.

   这是一个前下腹壁结节伴疼痛的病人。既往有剖宫产手术史。增强CT提示前下腹壁空间一强化的软组织结节影，病灶位于既往手术切口部位。经B超引导下穿刺活检证实为异位的子宫内膜组织。
   有资料显示，随着剖宫产率的上升，腹壁伤口子宫内膜异位症的发生近年来逐渐增多。腹壁伤口子宫内膜异位症，就是手术时把子宫内膜带到了腹壁伤口处，子宫内膜在伤口处继续生长。主要症状为与月经相关的周期性进行性加重的腹壁病灶疼痛，出现逐渐增大的触痛结节或包块，月经后疼痛缓解，肿块缩小。
    对于子宫内膜异位症的诊断病史和症状非常重要，碰到类似病例，我们应该想到此病的可能。
