宾语从句（含练习及答案）----九年级

 

一、定义：

在复合句中充当宾语的句子叫做宾语从句。

He said that he would go to college the next year.

二、宾语从句的连接词：

1.That。当陈述句做宾语从句时，连接词用that, 在口语和非正式文体中，that可以上省略。

Many think (that) sharks are too strong to be endangered.

2.if和whether。一般疑问句做宾语从句时，连接词用if或whether, 口语中常用if，原来的疑问句要改成陈述语序。也就是把这个一般疑问句变成陈述句，再用连接词if或whether把这个陈述句和前面的主句部分连接起来。

I wonder if she can come again tomorrow.

以下情况只用whether, 不用if:与不定式连用；在介词后在；与or not连用

I haven’t decided whether to go on a vacation this summer.

I am thinking about whether we will have a party this weekend.

I am not sure whether they can come on time or not.

3.what, who, where,which, why, how等。特殊疑问句做宾语从句时，这个句子的特殊疑问词就充当宾语从句的连接词，连接词的后面要改成陈述语序。

I really don’t know what I should wear tomorrow.

Can you tell me who she is?

Could you please tell me where the restrooms are?

He asked me which movie was more interesting.

三、宾语从句的时态：

宾语从句的时态要与主句的时态保持一致，即如果主句是一般现在时，从句可以根据实际情况用任何一种时态；如果从句是一般过去时，从句应该用过去的某一种时态。但是，如果从句表示的是自然现象或客观真理，则不受主句时态的限制，要用一般现在时。

Mary thinks that their team will win the game.

Please tell me when they moved here.

He said that he hadn’t finished reading the book.

My friend told me he would come to visit me next week.

Our physics teacher said that light travels faster than sound.

He said that the earth goes around the sun.

四、宾语从句的语序：

宾语从句的语序是陈述语序，即“连接词+主语+谓语+其他成分”的顺序。

I don’t know where they are living.

Do you know when the train will arrive?

 

另外：如果主句的主语是第一人称而且为一般现在时，谓语动词是think,believe,imagine,suppose,consider,expect,guess等时，从句的否定词一般要转移到主句上来，其反义疑问句一般与宾语从句一致.

I don’t think he will come to help us.

I believe she can solve the problem, can’t she?
