上面讲了go与过去分词的连用，再来讲讲与现在分词连用的情况。先看看新概念英语中的句子：

Then the sound of rumbling thunder reached the watchers on the shore, as cargo, ballast, ammunition and 400 people went sliding and crashing down to the port side of the steeply listing ship. （NCE-4-L27 The Vasa）当货物、压舱物、弹药和400个人轰地一声滑向陡斜的左舷时，岸上的观众听到了雷鸣般的轰响。

这两个例句中go与动词-ing形式连用, 表示某人[某事物]以某方式移动或在移动中做某事物)， -ing 动词表示就是移动的方式。 更多例句：
