    安澜湾黄河水利风景区内最有代表的雕塑是安澜牛，是整个景区代表性雕塑。当年来这里的游客，很少有人能识的上面的首字，就连我这大学中文系毕业的也是一脸茫然。而现在有了安澜湾这个名字，游人再看它可能就不再费劲了：
