王江雨简介：
王江雨博士现为新加坡国立大学法学院副教授，西安交通大学海外优秀留学人员讲座教授。2006年8月至2009年7月，任香港中文大学法律学院副教授，主讲国际贸易法与中国公司法、证券法等课程。1994年本科毕业于中国政法大学，1997年毕业于北
京大学法学院，获法学硕士学位。1999年赴英美留学，先后获得美国宾西法尼亚大学法学硕士（LLM），英国牛津大学法理学硕士（M.Juris）
和美国宾西法尼亚大学法律科学博士（SJD）学位。1997至1999年在中国银行总行法律部工作，参与多起重大诉讼及金融业务谈判，并于1999年作为中国代表参加联合国国际贸易法委员会有关公约制定的谈判。兼任包括International Trade Centre(UNCTAD/WTO)和联合国亚太经社理事会的特邀
专家和亚洲国际金融法研究所研究员，以及中国法学会世界贸易组织研究会常务理事。他是2007-08年
度香港中文大学“青年学者研究成就奖”获得者。他的主要研究方向为国际贸易与投资法、国际金融法、国际商法、中国法律传统，以及中国公司证券法。已在国际
和中国的法学和贸易期刊上发表文章数十篇，并在牛津大学出版社出版编著一部，是海外知名国际经济法学者。
