Last year on Lantern Festival night

     The lanterns in Flower Market shone bright as the sun

     the moon rose above the willow's crown

     and you and me met after sundown

     this year the festival day again come around

     the lanters and the moon were as birght as used to be

     but my loved one of laste year were not here

     and tears soaked the sleeves of my spring grown

     去年元夜时  今年元夜时

     花市灯如昼  月与灯依旧

     月上柳梢头  不见去年人

     相约黄昏后  泪满春衫袖
