In these two days, I'm translating Beijing Water Crisis: from 1949 to 2008 Olympic, to Chinese. And Pat gave me a disc of materials about an Indian project, I need to read them and find some way to transfer all the materials to the cooperators in India.

★swimming

I went to swim in University of Toronto this afternoon. I  spent 69 dollars to get a one month membership of physical center in U of T. From now on, I can go to swim there anytime in one month. The cost is really cheaper than that in
Beijing. You know, in Beijing you usually need to pay more than 20 yuan (nearly 3 Canadian dollars) for one time swimming.

When I'm swimming in the pool,  surprisedly I find  that I'm the best swimmer here. Many people in the pool swim slowly and their skills are not good.

★public meeting of sewer system

Grainne took me to a public meeting about Toronto's sewer system this evening. I saw the Torontoers how to participate the public issues very closely. That's a good experience. I'll write more details about this meeting.
