This is legislative building built about 160 years ago. As the office of legislature of Ontario province, it opens to pubic everyday. In the afternoon of Tuesday, they provide free guide for inside and outside tour.   

I visit the meeting hall for the parliament to debate and vote. And I find outside the building people walking freely on the lawn. As a matter of fact, I have already found that people are allowed to walk on lawns as they wish. No sign: don't walk into the lawn.
