一、教学内容及分析

本课为福建教育出版社出版的《英语》(三年级起点)第五册第六单元Part A,所讨论的话题是“问路”。本课的Listen and follow部分通过Yang Ming 和the woman的对话讲述问路时的事情,课文内容贴近学生现实生活,学生容易理解和接受。

二、学生情况分析

五年级的学生活泼好动,对于新鲜事物,对陌生语言的好奇心能激发他们对外语的兴趣。两年的英语学习,认知水平有了较大的发展,掌握了不少话题的语言点,如本课涉及到的一些地点和交通工具，学生们都有学习过。针对学生的认知特点和水平,本教学设计通过“巧设情景、寓教于乐”的方式,利用多种直观教具和现代化教学手段,激发学生学习积极性,增强他们的自信心。

三、教学目标:

1.语言知识目标

(1)能听、会说、会认读单词和词汇station, taxi, or, get to, far away。

(2)能听、会说句型:Excuse me. How can I get to the…?

You can take a… .

Which bus can I take…?

Bus… .

(3)能正确使用问路的表达方式。

2. 学习策略

教师通过大量的语言活动,让学生对所学内容能主动练习和实践,能运用所学相关问路的英语进行表达和交流。

3.情感态度

学会乐于助人,给予他人帮助。

培养学生对所学的话题感兴趣,乐于参与讨论,并在活动中培养学生的合作精神。

四、教学重难点

1. 教学重点:

(1)掌握本课新单词:station, taxi, or, get to, far away。

(2)掌握新句型:How can I get to the…? You can take a… . Which bus can I take…?Bus… .

2. 教学难点:

(1)新单词多,新句子较长。

(2)Excuse me.的发音。

单词卡片、多媒体课件。

六、教学过程

Step1 Warming up (5min)

1. Greetings.

2.Say a chant.

Zoo,zoo, go to the zoo;

Park,park, go to the park;

Cinema,cinema,go to the cinema;

Museum,museum, go to the museum;

Supermarket,supermarket, go to the supermarket.

3.Leading

T:This weekend I will go Putian Museum.But I don’t know the way.I ask the police for help. I am asking the way.Today we will learn Unit6 Asking the Way Part A。

4. 揭示评价方法

T:Today we’ll have a competition. Boys, you are car group. Girls, you are bus group.

设计意图:用chant热身,除了调动学生的情绪,活跃课堂气氛外,更重要的是通过chant复习单词zoo,museum等,为新课的教学做好铺垫。

Step2 Presentation (20min)

Learn the new words and sentences

1.学习新单词station

T:Open your books,turn to Page 43.Look at the pictures ,who is asking the way?Yang Ming ?No,the woman is asking the way.Where does she want to go?Let´s watch the vedio and find the answer.

T: She wants to go to the train station.

教学单词train station。

2. 学习句子:Excuse me. How can I get to the train station?

T:The woman doesn´t know the way.She is asking Yang Ming.She says: Excuse me. How can I get to the train station?

教学词组Excuse me,用自然拼读法学习和分层方法操练这个词组。并告诉学生Excuse me的具体用法。

教学词组get to,结合 the zoo, the park...操练，并让学生自己想地点说词组。

并学习句子How can I get to the train station?分成三个部分How can I  get to  the train station ？进行小组操练。

Guess and say. 看图说句子:How can I get to the …?设置Guess 环节,让学生看图片猜地方。

3. 学习句子: It’s far away.You can take a bus or a taxi.

T:Jiangkou is far away from Putian.

T:Yes. It’s far away. Yang Ming say

教学句子 It’s far away.

 T:You can take a bus or a taxi.

教学taxi, 自然拼读法教学taxi,小组“开火车”读单词,学习词组take a taxi教学or,和句子You can take a bus or a taxi.结合具体例子让学生区分by.../take...的用法。

看地图，结合具体情景练习句子It’s far away.You can take a ___ or a ____.

4. 学习句子: Which bus can you take? Bus 60 or Bus 90.

T：Which bus can she take? Let’s watch and anser.

S2：Bus 60 or Bus 90.

提出问题,请学生带着问题看vedio。通过问题的答案教学句子

Play a game.

学生快读句子Which bus can I take?两遍,PPT闪过公交车,学生要反应出是哪一路车,说出数字来。

Learn the new text

1.Listen and follow.

教学句子:Here comes the taxi.

2.Listen and act.

情感教育:当人们需要帮助时,请伸出你们的手,因为帮助别人会快乐自己。

设计意图:本环节主要是培养学生的阅读技巧,为此设计了一文三读法。一是听读课文,大概了解课文对话内容。通过回答问题,引导学生根据插图内容和上下文来猜测生词的含义,进行新单词、新句子的讲授。二是阅读课文,让学生带着问题去听课文,解决细节性问题。三是跟读课文,让学生能够用正确的语音语调朗读课文。

Step3 Pratice (5min)

请生两人一组上台表演第44页对话。

设计意图:通过同桌合作,培养学生的合作意识,加强学生之间的团结协作。小组汇报既巩固了所学知识,又让学生有表现的机会,让学生体验成功,增强成就感。

Step4 Extention (8min)

Welcome to my birthday party.假如你的生日即将到来，你要邀请你的好友来参加你的派对，请为大家之路。四个同学一组。

Eg.

A:Hello,friends.Please come to my birthday party.

B:Ok. How can we get your home?

A:It’s far away.

  You can take ______.

(You can go by…/on foot.）

C:Which bus can I take?      

A:Bus________.

D:We can we do?

A:We can play chess. B: We can ….  C: We can …. D: We can ….

设计意图:创设情境,培养学生的合作能力和自主提取相关信息的能力,同时培养了他们用英语表达的能力。情感教育,激发学生热于助人的情怀,升华课文主题。

Step5 Summary (1min)

1.总结:总结今天所学的单词、词组和句子。

2.评价:今天获胜的小组。

Step6 Homework (1min)

(1)、听音模仿U6 Part A 3遍。

(2)、完成快乐英语U6 Part A。

(3)、口语交际:和同桌互相练习问路对话。

设计意图:作业以听读训练、书写训练及口语训练为主,让学生再次巩固所学知识。
