Glentauchers

Glentauchers酒厂由James Buchanan（著名的“Black & White”和“Buchanan”调和威士忌的创造者）和来自Glasgow的威士忌贸易商W. P Lowrie于1897年5月29日在Keith镇以西4英里处的Tauchers农场开始建设Glentauchers。

Glentauchers选择该位置是因为前面的通达道路和附近的铁路网，事实上，Glentauchers拥有自己的铁路专用线。酒厂由Keith的建筑师John Alcock设计，建筑物由设计许多苏格兰酒厂的Elgin著名建筑师Charles Doig设计。

    几年后，W. Lowrie遇到了财务问题，最终Buchanan增加了对整个运营的控制。James Buchanan于1915年与Dewars合并，在1920年代，酒厂经历了大量翻修，包括重建马厩和地板麦芽车间。新成立的Buchanan-Dewars于1925年与Distillers Company Limited合并，并于五年后将该酒厂转让给Scottish Malt Distillers。在二十世纪六十年代，安装了更多的蒸馏器，使其总产能达到每年340万升。

    1985年，酒厂关闭。1992年8月，生产重新开始。2005年，Pernod Ricard / Chivas Brothers成为酒厂的新主人。

    最近的发布是2017年Chivas Brothers推出的一款陈年15年单桶。
