This morning when I got to the unit to associate with the night shift, as soon as I arrived at the gate, I found the chain lock was hanged the outside handle. It goes without saying that the gatekeeper went out during his duty.

In this condition, firstly this matter could tell us the janitor was very busy when he locked the door outside, there is to time to think if he should leave out from his post, and hurried to deal with his own affair. Secondly the janitor did not take an interest in his duty, he thought this work for him was not very important, it is not valuable for him to elevate his life quality. Thirdly he can ignore the position statement, he may ignore his colleagues common performance, he should freely go his own way.

Out of this consideration, I at cone took down the chain lock and put on the inside handle. In fact if you lock something outside, you give others a handle, next time if you go out you’d better lock inside.
