  头伏如下火，乘凉好上山。

In dog’s days I don’t feel much hotter than ever, on the contrary in the morning and evening I feel a little colder than before. So I have to wears trousers instead of shorts.

Today when I went to work in uniform this morning, because I walked in a hurry, on the half way I sweated all over, as soon as I got to the unit, I took off the trousers and put on a shorts, but after a while or to say exactly, in no time I sneezed, I realized I had a cold. As expected, really, I caught a cold. As usual, I drank some boiled water and came out to walk in the sun for nearly half an hour I recovered, then I play table tennis for half an hour.

At noon I went out for my fast food, at that time the sun is shining very much as if in no time you will be burnt.

So after I had mu lunch I quietly stayed at my office for the whole afternoon till off duty.

After work, the cloudy weather we coming here, I had no sweat when I arrived home. During supping it is clear up. But in the evening I danced outside in a square, the sky for a while is cloudless then cloudy, when the dance was finished the thunders could be heard and the lightning could be seen forth and back. Now it was raining a little now and little then, a little rain drop was dripping then, oh, it is fine as I expected now. This is our north China dog’s day.
