加拿大全球科技人才计划(Global Talent Stream)GTS分两类：

Category A： is one of the Stream's designated partners and hiring an individual with unique and specialized talent. 

Or

Category B: not a stream's designated partner, but want to hire highly-skilled foreign workers to fill positions in in-demand occupations found on the Global Talent Occupations List. 

GTS项目申请人，最快两周就可以获批工作签证。

与正常的LMIA相比，GST项目免除了打广告环节。While there is no minimum recruitment requirement for the Global Talent Stream, you are encouraged to recruit Canadians and permanent residents before offering a job to a temporary foreign worker. You will be asked, as part of your application to describe any recruitment efforts conducted.

Category A 中的unique and specialized position是这样规定的:

• at least $38.46 per hour ($80,000 annual base salary), or equivalent to the prevailing wage for the occupation if it is higher. 
• advanced degree in an area of specialization of interest to the employer, and/or
• minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of specialized experience

什么样的人可以走GTS计划?

A类：由GTS合作伙伴推荐的公司，这些被推荐的公司一般是具有创新精神的初创或者已经具有一定规模的公司，有增长的意愿，并且需要聘请高科技专业人才。由这些公司招聘的人才属于A类。GTS对这类人才的评估标准是受雇人具有5年以上的工作经验，并且雇主能开出不低于8万加币的年薪。

B类：没有被GTS合作伙伴的推荐的公司，同样也可以通过GTS招聘外国人才，但是招聘的人才要在GTS要求的职业列表上。

费用：

费用为$1000,是GTS向雇佣单位收取的费用，主要是用来支付签证的费用。

商业合法性：

所有通过GTS项目雇佣外籍员工的雇主必须向GTS官方证明当前提供的工作机会是合法的。

工资：

GTS官方要求通过GTS招聘的雇主提供给外籍员工的工资应与支付给加拿大和永久居民雇员的工资相似，工作地点和福利应当相似，不能区别对待外籍员工和当地员工。

GTS要求，对通过A类计划招聘的员工所开具所招聘的员工工资不能低于$80000/年的工资; 通过B类计划的不能低于当地NOC(国家职业分类)所标识的最低工资标准。

• 已找到合适的外国专业技术人员
