约翰·李·哈姆（John Lee Ham, 1946年7月3日出生）美国乡村音乐歌手，昵称为约翰尼·李（Johnny Lee）。在1980年代早期和中期，他总共创造了17首跻身前40名的乡村歌曲。约翰尼·李出生在德克萨斯州的德克萨斯城，在附近的Alta Loma（现在是德克萨斯州圣达菲的一部分）的一个奶牛场长大。高中时，他组建了一支摇滚乐队“Johnny Lee and the Roadrunners”。毕业后，约翰尼·李应征加入美国海军，并在“芝加哥号”导弹巡洋舰上服役。退役后，他在整个1960年代都在德州的夜总会和酒吧里演唱歌曲。约翰尼·李和Mickey Gilley一起工作了10年，无论是在巡回演出还是在德克萨斯州帕萨迪纳的基利俱乐部。1980年的热门电影《都市牛仔》的原声音乐大部分是在Gilley的工作室拍摄的，这让约翰尼·李一举成名。
