摘    

 

良好的小学班级文化能促进学生身心健康发展,对学校、教师和家长的发展也有积极的促进作用。家庭和学校是青少年的教育过程中两种主要的教育力量,如果合力,将能够相互支持和配合,加强教育的力量,如果不能形成合力,就可能会破坏,相互抵消。家校合作,有利于建设优美的小学班级物质文化、良好的小学班级制度文化和和谐的小学班级精神文化。

本文研究的目的是对家校合作建设小学班级文化的理论与实践的总结和提炼,除了对小学班级文化建设的内涵、特点进行界定和分析外,重点提出了当前家校合作建设小学班级文化存在的问题,并分析了其主要成因,提出了具体的解决策略,举出了大量的实例,以此引发读者对当前家校合作建设小学班级文化存在问题的思考,同时对教师进行小学班级文化建设起到一定的借鉴和指导作用。

本文分为五个部分:

第一部分为引言。包括研究的缘起、研究的现状、研究的目的和意义以及研究的方法。

第二部分为家校合作与小学班级文化建设概述。对家校合作与班级文化建设等核心概念的界定,并结合实践研究,揭示了家校合作建设小学班级文化的意义。

第三部分为家校合作建设小学班级文化存在的问题。主要提出了家校合作建设小学班级文化存在的四个方面的问题。

第四部分为家校合作建设小学班级文化存在问题的成因。主要从四个方面探讨了家校合作建设小学班级文化存在问题的成因。

第五部分为家校合作建设小学班级文化的实践策略。从家校正确认识小学班级文化建设、家校共同商议班级文化建设、家校合作创新小学班级文化建设这三个维度,对当前家校合作建设小学班级文化存在的问题提出了相应的解决策略,并在解决策略中融入了实践案例加以说明。

Abstract

 

A good primary school class culture can promote students' physical and mental development, also have a positive role in promoting the development of school, teachers and parents. Family and school are two kinds of main force of education of adolescent education process, if the resultant force, will be able to support and coordinate with each other, strengthen the power of education, if the home school can not form a cohesive force, it may undermine each other and offset. Home school cooperation primary school class culture construction, and is beneficial to the construction of beautiful primary school class material culture, system culture and good primary school class in the primary school class culture harmonious spirit.

The purpose of this paper is the summary and the refinement to the home school cooperation in the construction of primary school class culture theory and practice, in addition to the connotation, the characteristics of the primary school class culture construction to define and analyze, put emphasis on the current problems existing in the construction of home school cooperation in primary school class culture, and analyzes the main causes, and put forward the concrete solution strategy, cited many examples, which lead the readers to the home school cooperation construction thinking of the problem of existing primary school class culture, at the same time, the head teacher of the primary school class culture construction plays a certain role in guiding.

This paper is divided into five parts:

The first part is the introduction. Including the origin of the study, research status, purpose and significance of the study and research methods.

The second part is an overview of class culture construction as the cooperation between home and school and primary school. Definition of the core concept of home school cooperation and class culture construction, and combining the practice of home school cooperation, reveals the significance of the primary school class culture construction.

There are third parts for the home school cooperation of the primary school class culture construction problems. Mainly put forward four problems of home school cooperation primary school class culture construction existence.

The fourth part causes problems in the primary school class culture construction for the home school cooperation. Mainly from four aspects to discuss the causes of the home school cooperation construction existence question primary school class culture.

The fifth part practical strategies for the home school cooperation of the primary school class culture construction. From the home school to correctly understand the importance of class culture, together house school class culture construction, home school cooperation innovation in three dimensions of the primary school class culture construction, and put forward the corresponding solving strategy to the current home school cooperation exists primary school class culture construction problems, and in solving strategy into practice case to illustrate.
