教材分析

教材呈现的是Zoom和Zip一起陪伴来自澳大利亚的Koala在中国过圣诞节，体验中澳季节差异的故事。学生除了复习与巩固第一、第二单元和新句型：What do you usually do on…? I usually … Which season do you like best? Summer. 以及描述季节及活动的单词及短语外，还可以通过图片和上下文理解新单词和句子，如：beach，never，cheese,Merry Christmas!Christmas is in summer in Australia,so we never have snow for Christmas.

学情分析

小学生具有喜爱动物、喜欢节日的特点，有想要了解不同地区季节差异的需求，同时对卡通图片非常感兴趣，但缺乏一定的阅读技巧，不容易从阅读中获得成就感，因此可通过其感兴趣的话题入手激发其进一步阅读的兴趣、提升阅读信心。

1.能够借助图片内容理解并认读单词：beach，never，cheese, Merry Christmas!

2.能够借助图片和上下文的帮助，理解Christmas is in summer in Australia, so we never have snow for Christmas.的季节差异。

3.能够根据故事内容，利用逻辑思维，用所给单词，将Zoom写给Koala的信补充完整。

1.能够在图片帮助下，联系自己生活实际并做比较，理解不同地区的季节差异。
