秦守刚，号墨龙，1951年5月生于辽宁盖州，现居福建漳州。

现为中国艺术品投资协会理事，中国书画家协会会员，盖州市美协、书协会员，盖州市艺林书画苑美术师。擅长花鸟，并兼擅人物、山水、书法，追溯齐白石的绘画艺术，长期致力于齐白石艺术（水墨虾、鱼、蟹）的研究及技法。作品多次参加国家、省、市书画展并获奖，多幅作品被企业家、书画爱好者、收藏家等收藏。
