国破山河在， 城春草木深。
感时花溅泪， 恨别鸟惊心。
烽火连三月， 家书抵万金。
白头搔更短， 浑欲不胜簪。
The country is full of ruins but its nature remains.
The Capital covered with deep green during spring.
Flowers look painful to shed tears on the picture.
And birds seem to cry for the men's
separations.
The war has been going on for three months continuous.
A letter from home is worth gold of a thousand ounces.
While I scratch my white hair I feel it fewer and
fewer.
Till it is too thin to hold up the hairpin at my
combing.

The State destroyed,mountains and rivers still remain,
The City in spring, empty with vegetation messy dense.
Deplore the puzzled time,even flowers shed tear with me,
Grudge the partings,birds‘ crying incites my stirred
sense.
The common battle-fire, has spread, lasted for three
months,
The rare Home-letter,comparable with thousands expense.
Hoary head in anxiety,I scratch the hairs much shorter,
And seems to getting too sparse, to hold up the
hairpins.
