Unit2 Lesson 7 Always Have Breakfast

   

一、教学分析

1、 学情分析

六年级的学生具备了一定的语言知识和会话能力。根据他们的年龄和心理认知特点,可以设计一些适合他们特点的学习任务。

2、教材分析

Unit 2的主题是How can we be healthy and strong?, 主要学习什么样的生活习惯才能保持身体的健康和强壮。本课通过DannyJennyLi Ming吃早餐的情况告诉同学们,早餐的重要性从而引出Always have breakfast is good for you。重点是学生能够理解并运用句型How often do you have breakfast?以及对次数的英文表达方式

二、教学目标

1、 知识与技能

1)学生能够听说读写词汇healthy strong

2)学生能够认读、理解并运用句型“How often do you have breakfast?”以及

3)学生能够通过图片及单词的类比,归纳总结语言规则。

2、 情感与态度

帮助学生明白早餐的重要性,培养学生关注健康、关注他人的品格

3、 学习策略与方法

1)培养学生积极与他人合作,共同完成学习任务。

2)培养学生在词语与相应事物之间建立联想。

3)提供给学生交际的机会,培养学生积极运用所学英语进行表达和交流。

三、教学重点和难点

1、 教学重点:

1)学生能够听说读写词汇healthy strong

2)学生能够使用句型“How often do you have breakfast?---------- times a week.

2、教学难点:

学生能够使用句型How often do you have breakfast?---------- times a week.进行交际。

Step 1 Warming up (3 minutes)

T: Good morning, everyone!

Ss: Good morning, teacher!

T: Hows weather today?

Ss:Its........

T: How do you feel?

Ss:I feel ......

T: Did you have breakfast this morning?

Ss:Yes!

T:What did you have for breakfast?

Ss:I had .........

【设计意图】通过对话问答,把孩子们的思绪带到英语课堂中,并引出早餐,从而切入本课主题

Step 2 Pre-reading  (3 minutes)

T: Look!Theyre our friends?(出示四名同学的用餐情况)

Ss:.......

T:Yes! Can you say something with always often sometimes never?

Ss:..... always has breakfast

 

T: Lets read four sentences.... always has breakfast;.....often has breakfast;.... sometimes has breakfast;.... never has breakfast.

T:Who will be healthy and strong?Lets listen to the tape.(播放录音回答问题)

Ss:.....will be healthy and strong.

T:Why?

Ss:.Because.... always has breakfast

 

【设计意图】播放录音前设问题,让学生带着问题听对话让听更具有目的性,培养学生寻找信息的能力。初步感知课文,使学生对文本有初步了解。

Step 3 While-reading  (27 minutes)

T: ....will be healthy and strong.

出示图片,引出单词healthy

 healthy义:Whats the meaning of healthy?(学生根据图片猜测)

      音:phonics教学

      形:全班书空拼写

 同样方法教授strong,并出示song.long strong对比读音。

【设计意图】通过比较song.long strong的发音,体会ong的发音。这样的类比学习,有助于学生的理解和记忆。

出示图片,请同学们填空巩固练习新单词

T: (出示图片)I have some words for you healthy strong tall short and so onCan you say something about him?

S1:He is healthy and strong.

S2:He is healthy and tall.

S3:He is strong and tall.

T:Very good!(出示另一图片)Can you say something about it?

S1:t is healthy and strong.

T:Very good!Now look at our friend Danny,(出示图片)Does Danny healthy and strong?

Ss:No

T:Why?

Ss:Because he sometimes has breakfast.

T:When does Danny have breakfast?

Ss:He has breakfast on Tuesday morning.

T:How many times does Danny have breakfast in a week?

Ss:He has breakfast one time.

T:Whats the mean times?

Ss:次数

T:Yes,So How many times ?we also say How oftenLets read together

 How often does Danny have breakfast in a week?

Ss:How often does Danny have breakfast in a week?

T:(出示图片)How often does Kim have breakfast in a week?

Ss: Kim has breakfast six times in a week.

T:(出示图片)How often does Li Ming have breakfast in a week?

Ss: Ling Ming has breakfast seven times in a week.

T:Lets fill in the blanks

 one time  two times  three times  four times  five times  

six times  seven times

T:One time we also say once

Two times we also say twice(板书,并领读找规律)What do you find?You can say in Chinese.

Ss: 表示次数是数字加times

T:是的,一次和两次我们要特殊记一下!

 We can use these words with a week\a day\a month\a year.

 For exampleI have breakfast three times a week.

 Lets read the part1,and find the answer(出示问题)(3 minutes)

【设计意图】出示两个问题,让孩子们带着问题默读课文,锻炼高年级孩子们养成读课文的习惯,并能主动积极的找到问题的答案。

【设计意图】听录音进行判断,使学生进一步了解课文,同时呈现了重点内容然后让学生带着问题听录音,再跟读,有助于纠正发音。同时,体会不同人物的语Step 4.Review

【设计意图】将重点总结与板书相结合,既巩固重点,又完善了板书。
