地点状语从句

1、where, wherever 引导地点状语从句

wherever = to / at any place where

3、地点状语从句与定语从句的区别

Where 引导定语从句时，从句前面有一个表示地点的名词作先行词；而状语从句前无先行词。

Go back where you came from.

Go back to the village where you came from.

We live where the road crosses the river.

We live in the place where the road crosses the river.

Make marks where you have questions.

Make marks in places where you have questions.

He must go wherever we send him.

He must go to any place where we send him.

地点状语从句表示地点、 方位， 这类从句通常由where引导。以下是where引导的地点状语从句，希望对考生复习有帮助。

[注意]where引导地点从句时，可以引导定语从句或是逻辑地点状语从句。当它在定语从句中作地点状语，指代地点时，这时可以用in which, on which, at which, to which, from which等结构代替。但是它引导逻辑地点状语从句时，没有这样用法。
