事半功百著诗典，

缓急相济汉英翻。

则迁见善凝中外，

圆木警枕大同展。

碰到事情不要操之过急，而要慢慢地设法应付，可以得到圆满的解决。Meet thing no want act with undue haste, and want slowly think of way dealing with, can obtain satisfactorily of solve. 同：从长计议、步步为营。反：操之过急。
